Yellow Label is the excellence of Veuve Clicquot. It is the result of the art of blending. The predominance of Pinot Noir (50-55%) provides structure and fullbody typical of VCP style.

Reserve wines (35% on average) are used to ensure the consistency of Yellow Label. 2 to 4% are aged more than 4 years and used like spices to give the intensity and this particular brioche flavour.
